hello there,

Lovely to meet you! I'm a content creator and storyteller focused on what it really takes to build a beautiful, intentional life. My work explores the intersection of home, daily rhythms, nature, and meaningful work — with an emphasis on creating a life that feels personal, grounded, and deeply lived. I make sustainable style & home content, cozy travel itineraries, and share my photos & videos on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, & YouTube; as well as this blog.

I spent my early professional life studying and working within tourism & communications before transitioning full-time into social media marketing. With a combined audience of more than 350,000 followers & an extensive history working within the brand & influencer sphere, I possess a unique knowledge base to understand what audiences want.

My audience is made up of women who are questioning the pace and priorities of modern life. They’re drawn to content that feels honest, attainable, and thoughtful — not performative. What sets my content apart is the balance between aesthetics and reality. I don’t just show the finished result — I bring my audience into the process, the effort, and the decisions behind it.

I partner with brands that align with this philosophy: quality over excess, thoughtful design, and products that genuinely support a well-lived life.

My husband @calin.charles and I run Charles House Productions together, where we specialize in event & tourism videography and photography, so you can rest assured that each piece of content will be of the highest quality.

I look forward to connecting with you,

Cate Charles | @catekittlitz
