Vermillion Lakes Scenic Drive

Vermillion Lakes Scenic Drive: a quick and easy scenic road just five minutes from Banff. A gravel road takes you straight in and straight out (no loop), with many places to pull over along the way.

Take a walk, pack a picnic, and lounge, all while taking in the beautiful mountain view! My favourite stop the docks, but they can get pretty popular so claim it when you can. I loved showing off this fur vest from Aritzia.

There are trails that leave from the end of the road – pack your walking shoes. Julianna's shoes can be found here and the ankle boots I've been raving about here.

You can find the road from Banff just on the left before you turn off onto the Trans-Canada down Mt Norquay Road, or turn off from Highway 1 onto the same road.
