Travel Product Favourites

Favourite travel products.

With my upcoming trip around the corner, I thought I’d do a roundup of some great travel beauty products. Most of them are just mini’s of my favourite natural line Rocky Mountain Soap Co. and you can read my full review on these products here. The other two items worth mentioning are the Stila Perfect Me, Perfect Hue Eye & Cheek Palette and the Tanglewood Shampoo Bar.

Stila Perfect Me, Perfect Hue Palette

I have the Stila Palette in Fair/Light and it has become my most-loved palette. The blush is perfect on my fair skin. I have always found eyeshadow palettes to have too many dark colours for my skin tone, and so this is a great day to day palette. I would probably need a little more glitter for a night-out, but it doesn’t take much room to take another darker singular eyeshadow colour with some pizzazz. The colours are buttery and blend so well. The palettes for deeper skin tones are lovely, and I might even pick them up for the colour variety.

Tanglewood Clearwater Clean - Peppermint & Rosemary Organic Shampoo

The Tanglewood Shampoo Bar is one that I’ve personally tried and love, although I’m sure there are other brands that have them. It’s easy to throw a bar of soap into your carry-on vs. carrying a bottle of shampoo. It’s organic, smells wonderful, and lathers quite well. It’s a Canadian company, and I do love to support companies that grow and produce their products right here.

A few other favourites!

I also would never leave home without my Burt’s Bees lip balm(I’m loving on his holiday gift sets right now!), and the tinted lip balm is perfect for day or night while traveling. The Coconut & Pear Lip Balm is a real treat! In my carry on, I like to take a package of Burt’s Bees Facial Towelettes, perfect for my sensitive skin and keeping another liquid out of my bag! Visine and Sleep-Eze pills usually make an appearance in my bag too, especially for long haul flights. Do you have any travel product favourites?
