B+B Edinburgh Hotel in Scotland

Our room at the B+B Edinburgh Hotel was on the top floor of a beautifully renovated estate home with a skylight from where you could see Edinburgh Castle in the distance.When you looked up from the bed at night, you could see the stars twinkling above. The deep bathtub was glorious at the end of a cool day outside. The hotel itself was decorated in both modern and period decor, with wood panelling and a very grand staircase.We were welcome to explore the common areas, including a cozy library.They had a few board games and books galore. I loved the breakfast room that had a balcony overlooking Dean Village.The full Scottish breakfast there was delectable. I wish we could have stayed there longer, but then again, I wish we could stay in every place longer.
